Customize Your Cubetize: A Quick Tutorial

One of the most fun parts of Cubetize is how deeply you can personalize your avatar. Whether you're creating a cute selfie or a bold cube warrior, our customization options let you tweak the style to match your vibe.

Choose Your Environment

We currently support four different backgrounds — also known as biomes — each inspired by iconic Minecraft settings:

• Field: A peaceful grassy field with blocky clouds and sunlit terrain.
• Cherry: Inspired by cherry blossom biomes — pink hues and spring energy.
• Moon: A space-themed environment with glowing surfaces and cosmic shadows.
• Nether: A fiery, dramatic setting that channels Minecraft’s Nether world.

Simply pick the one that fits your mood or story. Each environment comes with lighting and colors adapted for a consistent voxel look.

Select Your Pose

Next, choose how your character stands. You can pick between:

• Walking: A relaxed mid-step pose, great for casual or scenic shots.
• Running: For action-packed scenes and dynamic looks.
• Sitting: Perfect for a calm or creative portrait, often great with props.

Add an Item

Give your avatar a personality boost with an iconic item. We currently support:

• Sword: For the classic cube hero look.
• Pick-axe: Ideal for miners and builders.
• Shovel: A playful touch or practical flair.
• Bow (Arc): For sharpshooters and adventurers.

These items appear in your character's hand and match the voxel aesthetic — blocky, colorful, and instantly recognizable.
